"Easy Pickup and Everything Was Right"
I ordered wings, fries, and a couple of sauces for pickup, and the whole process was really easy. Everything was in the bag, made just how I asked, and there were no missing dips or wrong flavors. I really appreciate when an order is that smooth from start to finish.

I tried the wings and at first I was like, okay, these are just decent, nothing crazy. The fries were kinda cold too, which was annoying. But then the wings grew on me a bit and I was like, wait, maybe I’m being too harsh. Still not amazing, but I’d probably give it another shot

"Solid drink options"
Pretty good spot for drinks. The beer list had plenty to choose from, and the cocktails we tried were good too. I’d probably go back, especially if I’m keeping it simple and sticking with a couple drinks I know I’ll enjoy

"Ordering works, but the site feels a bit clunky"
I was able to place my order in the end, but the whole process was more annoying than it needed to be. Some of the options weren’t easy to find, and editing my cart took a little digging around. Checkout did go through fine, so it wasn’t a total problem, but the site definitely doesn’t feel very smooth or user-friendly.

"Good wings, drinks took a minute"
Got my wings way quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The server was friendly too. The only thing was the drinks took a little longer than they probably should have, so I’m not sure if they got forgotten for a bit or what. Still, overall it was a good experience.

"Easy spot to hang out and watch the game"
Went to Wings and Rings with a few friends and had a really good time. I was only planning to stay for a little bit because I had stuff to do later, but the vibe was so relaxed that we ended up hanging out awhile. It’s not fancy or anything, just comfortable, with plenty of TVs on, people chatting, and a good amount of energy without being annoyingly loud. Staff seemed friendly too. I’d definitely come back.

"They actually got back to me"
I had a small problem with my order and figured nobody would really do much about it, since that’s usually how it goes. But the manager replied quickly and fixed it without making it awkward or like I was being difficult. It wasn’t even a huge issue, but because they handled it like that, it kind of makes me trust them more. I’d probably order again, just based on that.

"Comfortable Spot to Catch a Long Game"
Stopped in for wings and ended up watching most of the game there. The booth was actually comfortable and didn’t feel squeezed in, which makes a big difference if you’re sitting for a while. My back wasn’t bothering me afterward either, so that’s always a good sign. Nothing fancy to overthink, just a solid, comfortable setup.

"Honestly surprised the rewards worked"
I signed up not really expecting much, but the points showed up quickly after my order. I figured there might be some kind of catch when I tried using them next time, but it went through with no issue. Nice surprise.

"Clean enough, but could be better"
Not gonna lie, the place was okay cleanliness-wise, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The tables looked like they’d been wiped down, but the floor felt a little sticky. The bathroom was fine, just not super clean. The food area looked good though, so I’d give it 3 stars.

I had a mix-up with my online order i was annoyed at first. I reached out to them and they got back to me really quickly, like quicker than I expected. They fixed the problem, made it right, and that was that. Really appreciate the help because, you know, these things happen sometimes.

"Pretty decent place for kids"
I’ll admit, this place was better than I expected. The kids really liked the food and had a lot of fun with the games, and the staff were friendly enough. It did get a bit loud, which wasn’t my favorite, but overall it worked out well for a family outing.

I ordered from wingsandrings.com and expected the usual kind of portions, but the amount of food was a lot better than I figured it would be. The wings came with plenty in the box, and even the sides weren’t tiny like I’ve gotten from other places. It actually felt like I got my money’s worth, which is rare these days...
